Sound Spot II — Black Bundle
Failed to submit order to FBA (click for full log). Error Message: The following required parameters are missing: [Items.SellerSKU]
On WooCommerce
ID: 4519 Product data: Smart bundle SKU: - (empty)
Diagnosis of the Error: Empty SKU Actions taken: Added SKU for the bundle, SKU: SFQ-18BLKx2 Next steps: Wait and see from future orders if this change will work for auto-push to FBA.
I don't have SFQ-18BLKx2 exist on Amazon Seller Central inventory, I use the WPClever plugin, which splits the bundle into two units of simple#4157, and which uses SKU SFQ-18BLK on Amazon.
For the same reason, we also added SKU for the other three bundle products: SFQ-18WHTx2, SFQ-16_SFQ-18BLK, SFQ-16_SFQ-18BLK.

Looking at the options you’ve provided, the most important setting for FBA fulfillment is under the Cart & Checkout section:
The Key Setting: Cart contents count
Currently, yours is set to: Bundled products only
This is actually the correct setting for your goal. It tells WooCommerce to treat the "children" (the individual items) as the primary contents of the cart for shipping and fulfillment purposes.
However, because your FBA plugin is still trying to send the "Bundle Header" (resulting in that 4736-item-0- prefix), you need to adjust two more things that aren't in this global settings list, but are likely on the individual Product Edit page for each bundle.
1. Action: The "Virtual" Parent Strategy
To prevent the FBA plugin from seeing the Bundle Header as a physical item:
- Open the Sound Spot II — Black Bundle (or any Smart Bundle) in the WordPress editor.
- In the Product Data box (where you chose "Smart Bundle"):
- [Check] the "Virtual" box.
- Scroll down to the Smart Bundle tab (where you added the products):
- Ensure the individual products (like the Simple #4157 / SFQ-18BLK) are NOT marked as virtual.
Why this works: The FBA plugin ignores "Virtual" products. By making the Parent virtual but the Children physical, WPClever passes the physical children to the FBA plugin, while the FBA plugin ignores the "Smart Bundle" header entirely.
2. Action: Remove the Parent SKU
For the Sound Spot II — Black Bundle:
- Remove
SFQ-18BLKx2from the SKU field. - If the Parent has no SKU and is marked "Virtual," the FBA plugin will have no "SellerSKU" to grab for the header, forcing it to only look at the items WPClever has "exploded" into the cart (the 2 units of
SFQ-18BLK).
3. Dealing with "SFQ-16+FC14C-BK"
You mentioned you changed the SKU here to SFQ16+SFQ14C-BLK to match Amazon.
- Crucial Logic Check: If
SFQ16+SFQ14C-BLKis a single SKU on Amazon that contains both items in one box, keep it as it is and DO NOT make the parent virtual. - If they are separate boxes: Follow the "Virtual Parent" strategy above and remove the SKU.
Summary of the "Missing" Fields
WPClever's global settings (the ones you pasted) control the display. The fulfillment logic is usually handled per-product. Check the "Bundles" tab inside the specific product edit page for these two specific toggles:
- Shipping: Look for "Shipment" or "Shipping" and see if it is set to "Bundled products" or "Bundle as a whole." You want "Bundled products."
- Item Data: Ensure it is set to pass the individual SKUs to the order.
Your Debugging Checklist for the Next Order
- Parent SKU: Deleted (unless it's a pre-packed Amazon SKU).
- Parent Status: Virtual (to hide it from FBA plugin).
- Child SKUs: Must match Amazon exactly (e.g.,
SFQ-18BLK). - WPC Settings:
Cart contents countstays as "Bundled products only."
Try this on one product (e.g., the Spot II bundle) and see if the "Auto-push" works for the next order. If the FBA log no longer shows the prefix item-0-, you’ve won!
